We bought a sectional couch from here about a month ago and it was much better quality and the same price if not cheaper than any other store around. The staff is friendly, personable, and wonderful to work with. We are back again today to find several accent pieces for our home. Honestly don’t go anywhere else to purchase your furniture; if you go elsewhere it will be a waste of your time and money! 10/10 recommend Bill Cox. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not “just” a furniture store ! Family business with a family service model. We have had the privilege of working with Bennett on many occasions . He is always insightful with helping us find exactly what we are looking . Huge array of furniture options from the casual to the formal . Looking for that anchor piece or that last piece to finish out the room it’s always there !! Great place / great people —

After having shopped all the Knoxville, Loudon furniture stores, inc/ Knoxville Wholesale Furniture ,Havertys , Bradens and Ethan Allen, we finally came upon the most beautiful store in Maryville, Cox Furniture and found exactly what we were looking for and I am a fussy shopper. The show room immediately makes you feel at home. It’s not a big warehouse feel to it. Quite the selection of quality furniture with tons of fabric samples. I called in advance about a particular sofa I had seen online and a couple of different fabrics, and Pat and Bennett had already pulled all of them for me and had them ready when I walked in the door! The upholstered furniture is beautiful, along with the artwork, and all of the accessories you need to make your house a home!
